Custom design services
Every building project needs a solid foundation, so we always start with a solid design plan. Though often overlooked, proper design is critical to making sure a concept is affordable, structurally feasible, and complies with the bylaws of your neighourhood.
Construction management
Brookside provides construction management on a variety of projects including custom homes, commercial construction, renovations and specialty projects. Using our experience and expertise, our goal is to guide our clients through a stress-free planning and construction process.

We take our responsibilities as homemakers seriously. For us, that means being an advocate for the homeowner throughout the entire building process and well after completion.

Brookside breaks it down into four phases—build and construction, finishing, handover, and homeowner care. Our approach ensures transparency and quality throughout the construction to homeowner handover process. By bringing everything in-house, we’re able to build quality homes, promise positive interactions, and offer consistency.
Build & Construction
We’ve taken the care to grow a reliable construction team of tradespeople with whom we share the same standards of excellence. Our team approaches the building process with care and consideration that goes into every design decision, concept, and personal interaction.
Finishing
It’s the little details that define luxury in a Brookside home. A home is one of the biggest purchases a person can makes in their lifetime, so we approach every detail with the same care and attention as a discerning home buyer would. Each element from the quality of the paint that covers the walls to the alignment in the moulding and trim commands our scrutiny and care.
The Handover
There is perhaps no better moment than when we walk you through your new home and hand you the keys. As homemakers, we recognize that our role is to give you the most thoughtful canvas on which to make the space your own. We understand that moving into a new home is exciting and, at times, overwhelming, so we are available to answer your questions and help however we can.
Homeowner Care
The most important part of what we do happens when our homes become yours. It is the memories that you will make, and the roots that you will plant that we keep in the front of our minds in every decision we make. As such, we do not simply step away when our work is done. We offer a 2-5-10 warranty on your home so that you can rest assured that your most new haven is tended to for years to come.
Our concept design process
Before breaking ground, we take the time to discover your vision for your perfect new home. Everything including layout, living space, storage, light flow, and design details are discussed, plus a detailed budget and timeline.
To meet our client’s high expectations, we follow a careful process when providing design services. This is what you can expect:

We thoroughly review your ideas, sketches, and written guidelines.

We make adjustments based on building restrictions and functionality, then infuse our creativity and expertise into your ideas.

After returning the first draft of our design concept to you, we begin the groundwork of taking measurements specific to your home or property.

After receiving your feedback, we revise the design scheme accordingly, then finalize and resubmit your concept.
05
We submit the design and await for the municipality approval.
